Japanese creatives host a Party at new creative lab

Wednesday July 27th, 2011

Meet Party, an all-star group of five Japanese creatives that have produced some truly amazing projects as individuals.

Earlier in last month, Naoki Ito, Masashi Kawamura, Morihiro Harano, Qanta Shimizu, and Hiroki Nakamura left their respective positions to join forces and form a “creative lab” called Party. The group was featured on Fast Company’s website last month for their unique, hybrid structure that seamlessly melds together the components of an advertising agency. In Party, there is little separation between creative, strategy, and technology teams.

The group will have offices in Tokyo and New York, and will work to “draw Japanese creatives out of their traditionally insular world.” By doing this, Party hopes to become a hub between the east and the west, much like yours truly. We at doq creative port most definitely support Party’s vision and hope for their success!

Check out some of the individual works by the great creatives at Party!
