Merger Announcement of doq and d.doq

We are pleased to announce that we, doq Pty Ltd, have entered into a definitive merger agreement with d.doq Pty Ltd, our subsidiary company. The merger was confirmed and agreed upon at the Board of Directors Meeting held on 20 June 2022.

COVID-19 has brought about major changes in society as well as increase and emphasise the importance of digital marketing. Merging the characteristics and accumulated knowledge of the subsidiary company will allow doq to concentrate its resources to further improve the efficiency and productivity of business operations while also responding quickly to the ever-changing world, thus improving the company’s overall capabilities.
