Supervisor

Position
Account Supervisor -Digital Marketing Specialist-
Role
We are looking for someone who has experience in digital marketing and has the management skills to be entrusted as one of the leaders of the digital department. Most importantly, you will be in contact with clients and teams who use both Japanese and English, so you will need to have good leadership, management and communication skills in both languages.
Main duties
  • In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital communication strategies for a range of clients.
  • Client relationtionship management (account work)
  • Project management (from proposal to implementation)
  • Team management
  • KPI development and data-driven PDCA promotion according to objectives
Required skills
and experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Experience in developing digital communication strategies
  • Digital communication planning (able to plan based on best practices from Japan and overseas)
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing digital initiatives
  • Negotiation skills – Management skills
  • Client facing (able to explain and negotiate well with business decision makers and non-digital natives)
  • Able to guide the direction of the team
  • Data-driven understanding of customers through data analysis
  • Collecting, storing and analysing data in the marketing arena and developing initiatives based on the results
  • Experience of data-driven planning using analytical tools such as GA
If you have this experience, even better!
  • Knowledge of marketing technology
  • Experience of using SQL to extract and process data
  • Experience of building databases (no programming experience required)

Account Manager

Position
Account Manager
Role
The role acts as a point of contact with our clients, will see you making marketing plans and proposals, and following through those plans to production and implementation. For this role it will be important to keep in close contact with your clients and their teams to ensure we can meet their needs, so in addition to accurate planning and proposal skills, good communication skills are required.

  • You will support the company in the development of communication strategies and the implementation of campaigns for clients.

Account Exective – Content Specialist

Position
Account Exective – Content Specialist
Role
As a Content Specialist, the successful candidate will manage the social media for clients, write media releases and strategically plan and execute content marketing. You will have the ability to communicate clearly both internally and externally in order to build strong relationships with clients, and support their marketing activities from the planning all the way through to implementation management and reporting.
Main duties
  • Social media management and analysis, including content development and scheduling/posting on behalf of our clients
  • Project management of PR strategies and creation of of media releases
  • Content marketing, including digital or influencer marketing, strategy implementation and management
  • Content creation (copywriting and imagery sourcing or creation)
  • External vendor management
  • Client liaison and management support
  • Financial and budget management support
Required skills
and experience
  • Experience or knowledge of content creation and copywriting
  • Experience or knowledge of content marketing (Social media, influencer marketing etc.)
  • Experience in facilitating the production of marketing content
  • Native English speaker (English must be your first language)
Desired skills and experience
  • Experience working in an advertising agency or marketing department
  • Experience in operating analytical tools and advertising tools such as Facebook business, Google Ad manager, Google Analytics, etc
